AT&T: I have had many great years! It is disturbing to see the rate of surplus over the years. There is really no job security. Any team can be impacted at any time. Outside of 1 or 2 people, I have had GREAT managers over the years.
TopGolf: They challenge me to be better everyday.
AT&T: You are moved around a lot and it's not by choice. You do not drive your own craeer goals. Management doesn't move you according to your proclaimed career target. You are moved according to budget, so you are an asset in the sense that you represent a portion of a budget.

Stop & Shop: The company moves us around so often you can not get solid footing in any store. As soon as the team starts gaining ground another exempt is moved out of store. Seems to be a major issue in past couple years.

AT&T: Working for AT&T is challenging at best. It is not cut out for allot people to last long term because the grind of most roles are grueling and most people are always stressed if they will get to keep their jobs. If you can find your rhythm its possible to make your way long term.

Novartis Pharmaceuticals: After 4 years I was dropped for my prescription. Told I exceeded their income threshold. It turns out they count retirees Required Minimum Distribution even though I m living on social security. It's a very bad system.
AutoZone: We helped each other. But because they changed to many time of stroe manager. Every thing get all messed up
TEKsystems: The recruiters are terrible, and customer service is non existent. Requested an address to file a formal complaint and am being given the run around.
Sodexo: BETTER COMPENSATION, BETTER HR MANAGEMENT, CLEAR STRATEGY.

TopGolf: I have worked at topgolf for a little over a year now, and I have never loved a job more. I have great relationships with my fellow playmakers. I am able to make great money and make a schedule that works best for me while i am still currently in college. Truly love this company through and through.
CarMax: Most team members are trustworthy. Most are helpful. The mentor system is good for the most part.
Aetna: auto denial of claims that make customers have long wait time for any test

The GIANT Company: Giant pharmacies (I visited 5 of them) do not have a medicine I have a prescription for. Medicine is in back order. They were unable to provide info on any other Giant pharmacies which may have it. Customer service is below zero.
Embraer: Awesome company with tons of experience
Stop & Shop: 20+ years of loyal service that goes unrecognized and is insulted at the drop of a dime. We can make money, do great things but if we miss 1 little non impactful thing it comes off as a tragedy.

Sam's Club: Managment can barely help you with a problem. Your stuck on your own until you mess ip because you werent properly trained but instead of helpinh you they would rather write you up

TaskUs: TaskUs is great, but on my campaign though they tend to have movements most of the time and they tend to promise of something that won't happen. Feels like Teammates first are no longer applicable at this point.
Caseys General Stores: No matter who it is that I go to in the management team about issues I have at the store, I am made out to be the villain of the situation and then the situation is still not solved

WIS International: Your team members can be both the best and worst part about your culture you're going to get along with them but you're going to be spending most of your life with them so you're going to have disagreements.

Stop & Shop: Very disappointing to see how people are treated over the years - we are losing more solid performers every year and replacing with new associates. Retention of employees from part timers to exempts is challenging and we are not doing enough. HR needs to partner and assist more.

AT&T: Having been here more than 25 years, my overall experience has been positive. While I've enjoyed my career journey, I do feel that some roles are undervalued compared to others, even though those roles allow the more valued roles to operate at the highest level of excellence.

Stop & Shop: This started as my high school ob, and I just kept working my way up. The only reason I am at this company is because its what I know, and I am not sure what I want to do. If I were an external hire to this company, I would of quit just do to the unrealistic expectations of the job.
