Stop & Shop: The company is not what it us to be. I feel that if we do not like where the company is heading we can leave. I feel like the company do not care about there management team. We never get compensated from what we do instead you want to take away from the management team. We all work hard.
TaskUs: Even though the start of this year is not favoring me, they managed to find a temporary assignment for me and that is fine with me as long as I will be able to get compensation.

Compensation is truly the one thing to see improved as our time is equal to nothing greater then that if we commit large amounts where is the reward that keeps us?
TopGolf: Overall I was very surprised. I thought the corporate experience, of which I had previous experience with would be unpleasant. However, it doesn't feel corporate in a negative way but feels like a larger company with a good comprehension of individual values and goals.

TaskUs: It has been average, while there some great people there are not so great people as well, there has been misinformation since the start and sometimes slow management of changes

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I have a great manager and second-level manager and work for an excellent team. The RELX/Business Unit structure can be frustrating at times. It feels as if HR is a valued group.
Foundever: It has been a roller coaster of emotions, we started at another campaign, and they sent us to another one and it was awesome. But then we got transferred (this one by choice) and it is exciting.
Stop & Shop: My experience with Stop n Shop has been very good. I have learned from every store that I have worked at. Also I built a network of people I can trust if I have questions.

Foundever: we have a study job surrounded of billboards about commitment and culture of fun but in the reality we mainly focused on performance on the bad way, demanding for performance without really giving the support to do it and always making sure there's a corrective counselling in between
ALDI USA: Performance based promotions need to be mandatory. Enough of the "seniority" based promotions, or as i call it, favoritism.
Stop & Shop: Overall experience is Good. I feel like there is a big disconnect from Corporate to the Store levels (Communication, Reality, expectations). I do enjoy my job and continue to progress my career. It is just sometimes difficult to get contradicting information, added tasks, less time/hands to do them.

Most people can easily find a $1200 a week job that does not require working nights holidays weekends. The Sunday pay for new ASM's is way outdated $250

TaskUs: Lets face the fact that TaskUs is the best company while we are challenge by the pandemic but since the struggle is over. TaskUs needs to adjust as well and be competitive again to be back on track. As a tenured agent, I don't see myself spending more years since the company salary is to low.
TaskUs: During pandemic and during post, TU had been great specially for agents working from home. But at the present time the company can no longer provide any additional compensation/benefits/premiums and most of the time only focuses on new hires instead of thinking a way to retain regular employees.
TaskUs: To be honest, TaskUs as a whole is a good company, I think the problem lies with the people managing the teammates. I think if they prioritize the tenured one and give more value to them they will be more inspired and work hard to be efficient in their job.

HR is too close their direct reports, and too much information is shared with that team that has nothing to do with them. Ask their SM's in some market in regions especially the Districts where the HR in charge hangs with the reports

Stop & Shop: My overall experience at my company is a positive one. I've worked with a few people that have helped me to be the best manager that I can be. Still have a lot to learn, but I am grateful for my colleagues who have made time to teach and train me.
Stop & Shop: I am satisfied but it is what I make of it. I think there are some very good leaders and there are some that seem to have a low skill set. I do not think the company is being proactive enough to build a long term bench of leaders. This will be a problem soon.
