During pandemic and during post, TU had been great specially for agents working from home. But at the present time the company can no longer provide any additional compensation/benefits/premiums and most of the time only focuses on new hires instead of thinking a way to retain regular employees.

With the implementation of Bell Curve Policy, uncompetitive salary and benefits, no strategy to retain tenured and excellent agents, overall experience is disappointing and needs a lot of improvement/changes. Working from Home is the ONLY reason why the team and I are still with the company.

Salary and benefits such as allowances, vacation leaves, etc., are not competitive compared to other companies.

I would feel happy at work if the compensations are sufficient and reasonable with the nature of my work.

Our team is open with each other and we find time and ways to enjoy ourselves and have fun from time to time even if we're working from our own homes.

Since culture is already established, it should also be implemented internally. Not just for show. Providing budget for team building activities is one of the best ideas to nurture the company's culture. which is clearly missing.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Basic Salary is low. Raises are not enough as well to compensate. Premiums are way below average the only good benefit is the health card. No incentives for attendances, you should be on the top 30% of your team to get incentives (as long as you reach the target we should be already eligible) etc.
