AT&T: AT&T expanded my project opportunities and influence, the fun at work multiplied, my benefits (especially PTO and PFL) improved, my career progressed (promotion with significant salary bumps), and work/life balance became optimal. AT&T allowed me to work remotely before pandemic made it trendy.
AT&T: It has been neutral. There have been good opportunties but the comoensation was not enough for the amount of work we put in.

TaskUs: If I'm going to rate my overall experience with Task Us in 1 to 5 and 5 is the highest. I'll say 5. Eventhough our basic pay is not that high compare to other company. Task Us still maintain their people first advocacy which I like most.
