Ardent Health Services: I have been with the company since 2008. I enjoy the work I do and my co-workers. I was given the opportunity to move to the hospital several years ago and glad I made the move. UT looks out for their employees, and we try to do what is best for them. I have a great boss and co-workers.

Spectrum: Honesty. They make deals and then violate the pricing with impunity.
Foundever: they advertise a different salary than what it's actually given
Foundever: Nesting was great and here at ops too cause even when there is a case that i don't know the answer there's people that helps me in a very patient and respectful way

TTEC: Leadership needs to be better at treating their employees like people. My main concern is that if you are work from home, and your TTEC equipment malfunctions, TTEC will not pay you while new equipment is sent out, even though they make sure you can't go anywhere cause you gotta sign for delivery.
Sunbelt Rentals: People to work and come in with good attitudes.
Foundever: the people are nice the atmosphere and above all the work is quite bearable I would like to have more hours to work and adjust it to my other activities but generally well
Foundever: Receive a percentage in money for contracts closed on property sales by real estate agents in the realtor.com campaign. if the coordinator achieves the monthly metrics goals.
Foundever: A good experience. Like most jobs, it is important to adapt to the processes and be learning all the time, it's important to be constant, I've had an opportunity to improve because of the processes that must be followed an also I've been using my skills to perform at my top.
Foundever: I think that the thing that I like the most is that every time I do a good performance I got recognized by my team lead and my team mates.

Everything is based on completing a task, which they consider complete when a case/task is marked as closed regardless of whether any action was actually taken or if the issue was resolved.
