Electrolux: Customer Service is the worst I've ever experienced. Customers should never have to hold for one hour to speak to someone. Appliances arrived deficient and nobody responds to the problem. We were ignored by Electrolux - very frustrating
Marriott: working in a very busy environment call after call there's no second between calls. there's no appreciation from the managers, always want you to work more.

OSF: Unsafe nurse-to-patient staffing ratios. Unable to keep staff due to poor leadership, which starts at the top. Patients do come first, which is wonderful, but the level of care is decreased when the amount of nurses also decrease.

TP: I love this company, I love my work. What I don't like are the current developments of shifting highly qualified jobs to low-wage countries and simply dismissing people for cost reasons.
TP: Again, Top management on regional level has unfortunately made it very difficult to feel valued - I have created my own exit plan and shared it with the management to ensure something happened about it.

Serco: Yea some of the sups are nice and some helpful but QA and upper managment require you to put out so many task within an hour or you will get but on probation even if you are a new hire and they are always changing the programs to work the task and that makes it even harder when you are a new hire.
Startek: I'm very honored to be part of this company. I love the company but there are a lot of things that can be much better. Need to be more oriented to people and value them not only compensation part also life balance as there are areas in which needs more manpower.

However, work-life balance has not shown to be a priority and while they pride themselves on transparancy, that area falls very short. Employee opinion surveys often fall on deaf ears.
