None, just our own environment as a team. Our operations and my manager is constantly asking for more and more things and sometimes we do not have the resources to do what they need.
Active listening, Although the leadership must take care of the company and depending of the account needs they have to take extreme measures. they could think a little bit of their employees, their lives and also not blaming them for wanting change.
My leadership wants to be on top of every move I make, I've been working almost alone for 4 years and I've never left unfinished things. What they said is that we are the ones to blame because if we want to change something we must change ourselves
The team had promised that I would earn bonuses a couple of months ago. I have not received anything and that was a promise of "Retention". Here in my account they are giving things to people as recognition but they do not give anything not until months later. Also a pay rise would be nice.
