I'm grateful to be here 4 years, at that time the company was one of the most popular and important company of the industry here in the Country, but now I'm seeing how the company left that good times, and looking forward we are not being able to make the best option in front of our competitors.

Looking at different Sites over the world in my Country we doesn't have all the Sites with gym or others like Gaming Room, another thing is the Workload is too much to the salary that is one of the reasons that the competitors is taking our Staff out of the company.
Che cosa sta andando male e come può essere migliorato?
Because the equipment doesn't work as we need it, we can't receive the support to have a better tools, every Focus Group is the same with the promise that this will be solved shortly and I'm still listening that since 2 years ago. As I was mentioned take actions don't leave the things in just words.
