XPO: The current department that I work in has great opportunities for advancement
XPO: The work itself, is not an issue, however, being on Overtime 60 plus hours a week, since last June has run it's course! The communication from my Manager is less than desirable, and often a dictation, more so than open communication. Good job, with multiple underlying issues.

XPO: XPO is a great company for smart, hard-working and career-oriented people. I have been able to develop my career significantly, and have learned a lot about the industry. The work-life balance is definitely tilted toward work, but not unreasonably so, and the compensation is good.

XPO: Lack of acknowledgment, razor thin head count compared to workload--overworked and understaffed perpetually.

XPO: Not too many people that one can go to for advice or support. The support teams, do not provide much support and instead most of the time create more work for local HR teams. Most support staff like the CWMO team work from home and have no idea what being in the front line is like. No empathy.
T-Mobile: T-Mobile is an excellent company to work for.
XPO: I am overall greatful and happy to be a part of the GXO team.
XPO: Management above the supervisory level is sporadic and non directional. Never know what is in the plans until an issue arises. Reactive instead of proactive leaves one constantly guessing from day to day. Loosing a Site Mgr, Warehouse Mgr and Human Resources Mgr in a short time frame is concerning.

Staples: The management changes made when Sycamore purchased Staples was terrible.
Johnson Controls: High level of brain trust throughout the organization. Recent drive to change culture inside the organization has been a shock for many, but a well needed overhaul.

XPO: I have learned a lot. What not to do in a management position, how to communicate effectively, and how to get the job done correctly. I've had some good experiences but feel held back by management.

Staples: I would have no problem with my pay or benefits if I was seen as a person instead of a number. Most associates work as hard as they are able to - putting in long hours - and then get sub par reviews
XPO: it was good, but now we don't have a manager, there is no grow opportunities, the company is underpaying us, there is no good treatment from the interim manager, our facilities are very unsafety, no organization
XPO: Since becoming XPO I feel that the "top brass" really do not know what it is that we do, what makes us exist....picking up and delivering freight. We are not leaders but followers in the industry we don't do anything to be different/better we just react to "be like the others".

XPO: So far I have enjoyed it. There are some areas for improvement that I am sure the leadership is working on and that is communication. Sometimes information is not easily obtainable and misinterpreted when presented. Otherwise I enjoy working here immensely.

Publix Super Markets: Work force is easy, management is terrible, they dont follow the culture of the company they sell you and also there is no chances for promotions or full time, even tho you work like a full time, not the company it was told to me 10 years ago.

XPO: The safety and the work processes are excellent. The problem is there is no feedback about work and favoritism in advancement opportunities.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Avoid Small Law if you can. They have a problem with taking money back after you sell a deal in a form of chargebacks. Leadership also delegates all sales decisions to a team called Segment that is full of non sales people. It makes working here really difficult.

XPO: I have had several bosses quit which has made the transition to XPO difficult. I do like the job however taking on the work previously done by the job vacancies above me has made it difficult with very long hours just about every day.

XPO: Too many children working in an office for adults. Mgmt which is disrespectful and is quick to put down employees with a smart remark meant to make the employee feel less than others.
XPO: The beginning was incredible. But the more true colors come out, it is clear that many people are only nice on a surface level, but not genuine. People are constantly gossiping about others, intentionally leaving their team members out, but smiling to their face. It's disappointing.
XPO: Being welcomed with open arms the very first day, and every day since then.
XPO: I am very proud to be part of this company, i feel support and my work is valued
XPO: The overall experience has been good overall however, no work/life balance. We work long hours sometimes 60-70 hrs a week and on call 24 hrs per day with no time for family, exercising or time off.

Alorica: I've worked for Alorica for over 10 years. The company is obsessed with people and it shows. Over the years things have just gotten better and better. Processes, tools, technology, recognition, and rewards. The work isn't easy, but there is tremendous opportunity to advance and build a career.
XPO: I don't have a work life balance. Being a salaried person with the hours i work, i make less than a CSR. if your going to work me this many hours, figure out a way to pay me for my time. I cant keep this up. It seems like no one cares about us.
XPO: I have been with the company for 10 yrs thru Newbreed to XPO and now to GXO, every year it gets better
XPO: It's a painful experience, not being heard and having a narcissistic manager makes it unbearable at times.

XPO: Overall experience here is that I have grown more at XPO than anywhere in my entire career. My only critical feedback is that everything we do, we do with such accelerated timelines that we never feel we've been able to complete to our best abilities.
XPO: My experience at my company is generally good. However management / leadership can use improvement. Certain teams are allowed to do the minimal work. For example dispatch does not respond timely to requests for information from planner who are trying to provide information to customer service

XPO: working with company for nine years have worked in several departments, learned different areas of cross-training worked different shifts open to learn more
XPO: Overworked, area of responsibility is over twice the size it once was, I feel I can no longer get out in front of employee like I was once able to and this company could care less about what many on the front lines have to say, they never have.
XPO: Up and down, in the 6 years I have been here, I have had 3 different managers and the current position is yet to be filled. Hard to maintain continuity over that timeframe but it has provided opportunity to learn more than just my role as I fill in for various vacancies.

Everyone is nice but people are afraid to speak up against executive decisions and programs and how it would impact their careers.

XPO: I am happy working for XPO. But I feel that I'm only another number in their paysheet.
XPO: I love my Company, I love my Team and I love what I do. I would like to see our bonus % raised from current state of 15% to 25% to be more in line with what we are responsible for. I feel we can do better promoting internally at big locations that need the experience and know the key strokes.

XPO: Thanks to the many opportunities and support of from coworkers, supervisors, and managers, I was able to slowly move up after starting in the lowest possible position. I am indebted to this company for allowing me to be able to provide and support my family in ways I never thought I ever could.
XPO: Trust each other to play their position well
XPO: XPO has a lot to offer yet the community attitude of us is poor. Everyone is stretched thin yet it's not getting better. Working 12-17 hours a day (DSR's and management) for the last year is taking it's toll mentally and physically. I believe I will be short 3 more DSR's by year end.
XPO: It ebbs and flows. Some days the work load and issues seem overwhelming, but other days your seeing good progress and have time to recognize the team appropriately.
The Coca-Cola Company: New ones in place now and hope things change

I love the management team and the people I work with every day, however the current state of things is beginning to shake my confidence of any advancement opportunities

XPO: supportive management for the most part. However, Disciplinary action should be taken more serious.
XPO: I do back office IT software work and it is an incredibly challenging and fast paced environment. We service internal customers and help resolve a variety of program or process issues. 40 hour work weeks are unheard of, especially if you want to progress your career. It is manageable though.
XPO: Came from a competitor, we could have more accountability with our LTL dock on proper handling of freight
XPO: SO FAR ... WONDERFUL... SPICY....PROFITABLE...AN ADVENTURE that I wish everyone to experience.
