My immediate peers are very collaborative and communicative. My team is helpful and always does their best to contribute to a positive successful outcome no matter what the project or activity may be.

XPO Logistics actively pursues opportunities to not just talk about diversity and inclusiveness but BE diverse and inclusive. There is considerable diversity amongst the staff and front line managers. I would like to see more diversity within the senior/executive leadership ranks.

I love being engaged to find ways to better the company. Whether it is ways to improve our data accuracy/completeness, to improving the documentation necessary to recovery critical IT systems in the event of a critical disaster. There is always something available to continually improve.

I believe the leadership teams actually cares about all employees on both a professional and personal level. I have had the opportunity to speak one-on-one with my leadership and they are completely approachable, personable, and genuinely care about me as a person, my family, and well being.

I do believe I'm compensated fairly. There are always elements you'd like to be considered for that will improve your overall compensation. For example, being included in a corporate bonus plan that will reward you if the company's goals are met whether that's a direct cash bonus or even stocks.
