Bank of Hope: My leader is great at ensuring that I am set up for success. I enjoy coming to work to connect with the team. The atmosphere is quiet in the office and I believe if celebrate holiday/ decorate the office it will create a more fun environment for the team to look forward to coming to work.
Viking Cruises: Customer service. Every time I called, was on hold for at least an hour. The representatives have no authority to actually solve a problem except to offer a voucher. You guys could learm something from Ritz Carlton.

Vacasa: As a good and loyal emoloyee, Vacasa did not offer growth opportunity or pay advancement. Vacasa is the largest vacation rental property management company. And yet, pays it's employees very, very low compared to other vacation rental companies. Payroll has not processed my final paycheck. 3 weeks.
Smartsheet: everything seems to be such a mess and difficult to get things done, people complain alot which is very draining. I thought I was coming in to do one job turns out i've ended up doing something quite different

HomeServe USA: Supposed to provide Plumbing Service under our Home Serve Contract. After more than a week, Home Serve Did Not Provide us with a Plumbing Contactor , so we had to hire our own Outside Connecticut Licensed Plumber. Now , Home Serve refuses to reimburse us for our having to call a plumbing contactor .
Cumberland Farms: Communicating and not harassing and ridiculing the staff.
Realtor.com: Experience has been significantly different from other companies. RDC needs some updating and flexibility for disabled employees 90 day wait for sick time is unrealistic for people w/chronic conditions. Other than that experience is going good.
Cumberland Farms: I love working at cumberland farms! Its amazing! I do wish that I had a nicer boss and co workers that understood my disability causes me to go slow most of the time.
MarketStar: I'm a pretty introverted person, but working at Marketstar has helped me work my way out of it. I feel comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and even giving feedback. I definitely love the work environment here and how caring my co workers really are.

Key Energy Services: HR needs to assist their employees more with info, insurance, matrix, etc. They are telling workers that they can't help and we need to login online. There is no accountability in helping employees to make sure everything is done that is needed.

Toll Brothers: For a year now Toll brother has promised to landscape back property, pur 11 month walk thru was done but none of work done yet. They just say its in the process. Totally disappointed in Toll Brothers

National General Insurance: Their website is a complete disaster. It is quite stupidly designed, and all I ever seem to get is "An unexpected error occurred" or "that is unavailable at this time." Their 800 help line offered to call me back instead of waiting on hold, but I never got the call back.
Squarespace: It has been wonderful working at Squarespace. I enjoy the people, culture, and everyone has been so welcoming.

Healthfirst: Complicated processes, little support. Overworked. Dont even think about taking a day off.
