Too many to name in 15 years. A lot was bad, it is much better now in terms of culture. But, our reputation has tanked with our Customers as a whole and consumers don't care about our efforts. It makes it hard to be proud of what we're doing.

Medical/Dental/Prescription/etc. The compensation is good. I just wish I could work from anywhere in the country.

It has changed into a more accepting and inclusive culture than it was, even 5 years ago.

Our customers are disappointed in our company (products, sales tactics (lies, obfuscation, etc.), and with RE being a small community, it hurts our reputation. This is something I have to combat every day. It hurts to have to defend my second home every day.
Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?
For the C Level, they don't seem to care about our Customers. Consumers, sure. Not Customers. The Customers are extremely upset about the lack of product availability and lineup. All of the customers are demanding Adv. Pro back along with a reliable lead generator. What we have doesn't cut it.
