What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent and show on a regular basis that they care about all the members of the company. They provide a very clear vision on the goals of the company, which helps everyone to know what to aim for.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my position, I receive an annual bonus, and it's a great bonus.

unlimited PTO/Sick time once you become a salaried/exempt employee. It's rarely abused but allows the flexibility of work/life balance without having to calculate PTO accruals.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Camaraderie. Everyone pulls together for a common goal, and we all get along and despite being remote workers, feel very connected due to the remote structures we provide for communication.
