What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Make a greater effort to recognize the work people do - some people only receive positive feedback from their managers once a year during the review despite having great performance.

There is a clear vision for the company but no understanding of how we are getting there, how we are holding ourselves accountable, and zero metrics. The leadership team constantly holds back information and is not transparent with their decision-making process. Decisions are made unilaterally.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the room for growth and the STI

No room to grow....position is less than my skill set and I don't think it will get better before I am offered a position elsewhere that I can use all my tools and knowledge.

I have been here a week and nothing that represents my employer in regards to a new hire packet....except the laptop that has the company logo. Nothing to represent my excitement of being employed by Realtor.com

Total burnout. Backchannel communications, changing priorities, unnecessary urgency, boys club mentality - you name it.

Execution and operations need help. We trip over each other getting things done, or we require that a higher level person gets the job done when it could be done by lower levels, because of lack of systems, processes, and documentation.

Our customers are disappointed in our company (products, sales tactics (lies, obfuscation, etc.), and with RE being a small community, it hurts our reputation. This is something I have to combat every day. It hurts to have to defend my second home every day.
