What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary is fair given the scope of my current responsibilities

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not consistent with the current market

A 30k$ raise, that may sound funny. But I am contacted weekly about positions that pay 10 to 20% more, occasionally even more than that. I like my immediate manager very much, were that not the case I would have already left. Making salary adjustments only yearly is tone deaf to the current economy.
