Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary was already negotiated at the low end of my band for my region, and it's precipitously decreased over the last year in comparison with the demand for my talent in the market and inflation.

Everyone seems nice and positive. (Exemplified by the high frequency usage high-five emoticons in Slack.)

How we're told to take our time to onboard, I didn't feel the pressure to know everything right away and start contributing as soon as possible. I felt very supported throughout the experience, and still do!

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they didn't have ridiculous long interview process. I was able to go through the interview process in only a few weeks, met a lot of great people, and they still made the time to answer all of my questions.

The people are great. We feel like we know each other, even though most of us have not met in person.

feel like there aren't enough moments with the SLT here that isn't highly or over produced, #realtalk is too curated and polished, something like a fireside chats with smaller groups would be really beneficial.

It's hard to see how the work has any positive impact on customers, consumers or the world at large. There's a sense of purpose, sure, but no real sense of meaning.
