I love leslie and jonathan, they are real, and available and in the work with us listening and actioning stuff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
feel like there aren't enough moments with the SLT here that isn't highly or over produced, #realtalk is too curated and polished, something like a fireside chats with smaller groups would be really beneficial.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the design leadership has done a really fantastic job with the culture on the design team, I dont see that reflected in other groups but I am very happy to be on the design team here.
