What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not only are we paid fairly, we also have many other benefits (e.g. discounts, tuition reimbursement, healthcare, PTO, stipend, free memberships, and donation matches).

My team members and myself receive a monthly and annual bonus based on performance. Additionally, the company provides other incentives like tuition reimbursement (I've taken advantage of in the past) & most recently a bi-weekly stipend for remote workers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are all digital, which in of itself can be useful, but having physical benefits would be better. Like a monthly allowance for Massage or gym memberships of our choosing.

The gap between developers and the rest is way too high. Staff members are few compared the size of the company and we should be leaders when it comes to paying better wages, especially in expensive areas to live.

If Realtor paid over market in the same way other tech companies do, I get jobs sent to me daily from recruiters paying 20-30k over what I am making now but I love my job too much to leave.

Everyone works very hard and provides quality work. It's nice to work with like minded individuals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone can be themselves. We have a close family-like team environment.

They have really worked on improving the culture of acceptance and allowing people to be themselves and got away from the stiff and stuffy outdated style of business professionals where everyone has to look the same and dress the same.

The flexible schedule and knowing the work I put forth makes a difference in the company.

I am not micromanaged. I am allowed to work at the pace I want. I am allowed to be myself. I know both my co-works and manager are there if I ever need them for anything and I can depend on them.
