I think Im paid well for my role, and I also appreciate the ability for overtime hours for weeks that require it!

They really make me feel part of the team and as an equal. They treat me with respect and are appreciative of the support I provide.

Everyone is so willing to help get me answers and learn more about the company, policys, procedures as I've navigated virtual onboarding for the first time.
