Family leave policy and flexible paid time off

Personal time off in addition to vacation days - great for needing time for appointments and errands that are not considered vacation but difficult to schedule after work hours.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of the inflation I cannot maintain the same level of life that I had in January 2022

Supporting everyone equally in the workspace

The culture as a whole here is very genuine. Past companies I've worked at, culture initiatives seemed performative and forced. At RDC, we're having a Pride dance party because we love a Pride dance party. We're improving customer experience because we want to- not to make a buck or check the box.
