I think RDC is great. There are a lot of good people, good leadership, and overall a clear mission. I would like to see more initiatives/training that help people managers set a consistent tone with culture.

My team is extremely knowledgeable, kind, willing to teach, willing to learn, and just genuinely good people I would love to grab coffee/lunch with any day of the week!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture as a whole here is very genuine. Past companies I've worked at, culture initiatives seemed performative and forced. At RDC, we're having a Pride dance party because we love a Pride dance party. We're improving customer experience because we want to- not to make a buck or check the box.
