Their empathy and flexibility with remote work and vacation time - as well as their everyday support in moving our work forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team cares about one another, and we give kudos at all our org-wide meetings. It's nice to hear people support each other publicly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They share information freely and don't gate-keep. The CEO answers questions from the whole company publicly on our monthly calls - and they're not easy questions or answers. I really feel like my VP and execs are leading with empathy and our best outcomes at heart.
