Axon: It has been less than a year since i joined the company. So far my overall experience has been great. I am thankful for the the confidence and support from my immediate supervisor, and leaders.
Noblis: Prior to the COVID pandemic, I loved working here. Since the pandemic, I would say my experience has been negative. Managers don't seem to work less, customers still expect the same level delivery, so the result is more work. It has been disappointing work for Noblis the past 18 months.

Meltwater: I really like working there. I ahve fun dong what I so and learn a lot. Sometimes it is quite hard and exhausting that is when you ask yourself if you want to do it. Sometimes I am struggling because the purpose is missing compared to jobs in the sustainability field, human social jobs etc.
Meltwater: I am excited about going to work almost every day. This is due to the fast paced environment, responsibility I get, fun with my co workers, support from my manager and MD as well as positive outcomes within my processes. However, negative responses based on our products are a bit demotivating.

Axon: It has been hell, off and on. I wasn't sure I'd even have a job at Axon at this point, glad that I do, but the stress has damaged my health. My team and manager are concerned, and have been supportive, but 16 months ago I was told to "go along to get along" or my career path at Axon would be short.
Axon: I have loved being part of Axon's growth of the past 5+ years. It's been nothing but good. Whilst some of us do fear that "firing people on whim" mentality, it's a very exciting time to be a part of Axon as we continue to grow and expand. I love this company and hope to be here for a long while.

Realtor.com: It's been positive so far, but also changes very frequently. I've already experienced the transition of CPOs, re-org of product team, switched teams, gotten a new boss, seen the person who recruited me into RDC leave. It's been a lot of change. Lots of turnover here.

European Wax Center: $10/hour isn't it. We are not given proper tools to clean the rooms (or even a broom that brushes the baby powder effectively), no PTO, no benefits and no protection if a client chooses to sue in the event of a burn. Management has no esthetics or cosmo experience.
Insight Global: This job is hard, there are a lot of really tough days and days that make you wanna shake your fist and quit but that just due to the fact that we sell a people product. The company, though, is the BEST part about this job - they have your back and always want the best for each of us.

Guidewire Software: I've only been here a few months, but my experience has been great. When you have a boss that looks out for your best interest and surrounded by a team that wants you to succeed because your success is also their success, it's hard not to have a great experience.
Noblis: The work acticity valued by the customer is different than what is valued by Noblis management leaving a number of employees to feel undervaiued and underaporeciated for their efforts.
