Gallup: Great people who are very caring and genuinely want to make a difference. A lot of nepotism I guess as it is mostly family run. Have struggled with growth and always turning over senior people every few years while the family at the top remain.

Realtor.com: Overall experience is not bad on my side but it could be a lot better. I was hired at lover tier than my peers and lead/delivered projects while higher tier people had hard time to follow. Personally being promoted internally is difficult until you want to use "I'm leaving" card
Curative: In my overall experience I have learned a lot, from the first day I started till now. I still have some things to learn; however, everyone had been so supportive and friendly that it makes the job feel more like an honor to be working with Curative and it feels as if it's a close knit family.

SPS Commerce: I believe that my manager recognizes my value but is handcuffed by others (HR for example) in the organization. This make it hard for my manager to provide me with the compensation I deserve.
SPS Commerce: Being able to work remotely even before the pandemic hits was a blessing in disguise, and I felt it more when pandemic started. The company was able to provide it's employees the best environment they can give. And I like that SPS support equality among all.

Radancy: At Radancy, the good experiences far outweigh the not so good ones. The people are really helpful, the benefits are nice, the 3 week PTOs are lovely. The job does get monotonous at times, but here you have the freedom to take it upon yourself to make it not so.

Caregiver, Inc.: There is little stability. Things change from day to day. A lot of management have only been employed with the company for 2 years. Staff in the group homes has a high turnover rate.

SPS Commerce: Our company was acquired by SPS. The CEO, COO, VPs and counterparts at every level have welcomed us in and have been extremely helpful and wonderful people. They immediately jumped in and are figuring out how to integrate us as employees as their first step.
Realtor.com: Love Realtor.com - I think a little more pay other than the 3% annual raise would be great. Everything is so inflated and our paycheck is steady. Some internal opportunities are just title transfers with "Lateral Pay" which is unfair.
Armani: No raises unless moved up in title, little to no growth, below indistry average pay, outdated systems and outdated structure of business.

SPS Commerce: Honestly, I have been working for over 30 years and at many global companies. SPS is growing so fast and has provided employees so much opportunity (depending on your dept). SPS is the BEST! I love this company and wish I had started with them much earlier in my career. They look after staff.

In that time I have had the opportunity to travel for work, attain my MBA, develop a new team, and turn-around an existing team... opportunities that are rare for someone just out of college.
SPS Commerce: SPS is one of those storied MN technology companies which has remained vital, and growing. I've always wanted to work here, and now that I'm incredibly impressed by what has been built, and what we are all building together.

SPS Commerce: My personal goals align with our company goals. My job is the improve our customer's experience & deliver high quality solutions. All the positive is great, but I'm often frustrated by our Product Management & Development teams lack of willingness to accept & act upon feedback.
SPS Commerce: SPS is a good, stable company but SPS needs to do a better job of valuing their employees. It seems like when great people leave, no one really cares. Overall it is a good place to work but we are all underpaid and we know it. I see mass turnover coming soon on the sales team if it is not fixed.
SPS Commerce: Overall I really like working for SPS. I enjoy the people and the overall work environment.

SPS Commerce: Honestly, its hard to be too proud of where i work because of how much we feed into capatalism. We feed it and it feeds off us. It would be nice to see our executive team do more to counteract that--and that starts with sharing theIr extreme wealth with lower rung employees.
