BAL: Getting hired at BAL has changed my life. I enjoy working here everyday. I have been here almost 2 years and in that time I have been diagnosed with bladder cancer and without the amazing benefits im not sure what I would have done.

SPS Commerce: This has been one of the best organizations for me to be apart of! I hope I don't have to find another employer for the rest of my full time working career.
BAL: My team and the company at large are excellent. Despite being trapped in a system that locks healthcare behind 40 hours of labor per week, the company does mostly care for its employees. I feel like I am respected for my skills that I bring to the table, and I don't feel micromanaged.

Radancy: Everyone on the team is very willing to offer help to each other and bring new members up to speed.
SPS Commerce: I am not provided an opportunity to share in the upside of the company. The SVP and above team is compensated above market. The rest of SPS is not. That is not something the company should be proud of. The SVP team and above should be advocating more for the employees, especially compensation.

Radancy: Overall it's been good. Being fully remote has been a challenge for me personally, but I've been happy with the compensation and my manager is my favorite boss I've ever had, which really helps.

BAL: I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of resources available at the firm, and the firm's ongoing commitment to creating and maintaining a positive work environment. Having worked at other firms, I can genuinely say this has been the best work experience I have had thus far.

Today's company looks a lot different than the company from 8 years ago; that transformation, though difficult, has been overall good.

BAL: I believe my company is a top immigration provider globally, and the culture is really positive. I think if compensation can be more competitive, we would have more benefits of gaining and retaining talent.

Newfold Digital: Ever since NF happened... EIG wasn't perfect but they at least cared about employees and not EVERYTHING was about their bottom line. NF very much comes across and money starving and only cares about investor earnings.
FXI: It's a pretty good place to work I think they should give the people that work hard for them a raise cause I come in everyday and I dont slack 99% of the times I don't take breaks

KB Home: Continuous push for more homes while requiring customer serveys to be 95%+ but not taking into account the lack of products and manpower that ultimately lower build quality as more supervision of every trade is needed.
DoorDash: Customer service and support is horrible. I'm unable to get my order delivered. I was told it was delivered and now I'm being told it was never picked up. I don't have a refund nor do I have the food.
Callaway Golf: I have been with Callaway for almost six years and have had the opportunity to grow internally which has been extremely exciting.
