I love working at Barracuda, especially with my current team. However, I know that if I moved to another company I could get a 40% pay bump without even playing hard ball.

We work well together and bring our own individual expertise. This allows us to lean on each other to learn something new and get work done more efficiently. My team helps me grow professionally, but I also just enjoy spending time with them. I consider everyone on my team a friend.

I like that we are given general guidance about what we want to accomplish each quarter, and given the freedom to find and tackle a problem we think is important and fits within the guidance. Allows for a feeling of ownership and not be told to work on something we don't find important.
