everything.... support is broken from the top down. hoss facilitates the culture he wants and hes got it. we are told right from the director of ann arbors mouth we do not treat you well because we don't expect you to stay. and thats exactly how we are treated and paid. like we dont matter at all

Company needs to generous (not adequate) with benefits with for committed employs when compared to other companies. Pay is below average when compared to other companies,

Barracuda has routinely paid under market value, is aware of this based on employee surveys, and done little to change. That have started regular lay-offs and the non-salary compensation benefits are very no frills.

I get paid less than a tier 2 support agent in the US and my managers keep leaving me behind to their subordinates so I technically keep getting demoted. My manager now is someone my first manager told me wouldn't be a good fit for me as a manager.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The people which operated as an "social glue" left the company. It feels everyone is working very isolated and things are not in balance. For some co-workers the passion is totally gone ... Company Events might help to connect the people again.

Half of the mid-high level management personnel I work with see me as a nuisance of no significant value while the other half who are incredible to work with see me as invaluable. It's awful to keep being put into high-priority initiatives and be disregarded as irrelevant when I'm a high-achiever.
