What is the best part about your compensation package?

The base salary is low, but overall, the results of evaluations are reflected.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 7 days ago

The most valuable part of my compensation package is achieving 100% of the total compensation. It’s a clear and motivating objective, perfe

Well, there is nothing exceptional, it is a fair package. I receive my salary regularely.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 10 days ago

It is all good and fair paid. Nothing to point out

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 10 days ago

I could vote fantastic if company introduce healthcare insurance for employee and families. It is also a way for the company to save money in taxes. It's a win/win

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Celebration Hub is very good

Review from Admin Dept · Posted 11 days ago

No one aspect is noteworthy. The total compensation package is what makes it acceptable.

Review from Legal Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My salary has not kept pace with inflation, and from talking with friends I make half as much as some. My managers always seem to call the raise budget low. Even as I save the company money I see none of it. I feel that calling us owners is patronizing because we don't have the power an owner would.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 7 days ago

There have been multiple times, where I have been offered way more, the benefits are just slightly out-weighing. However the edge is near.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 7 days ago

There should be bonuses for work performed, especially without public stock options. A flat base salary and raise isn't as effective to drive behaviors as a bonus is.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 9 days ago

I don't feel undervalued from a salary perspective but from a recognition and sponsorship perspective. I've consistently contribute beyond my role through leadership, alignment, and execution. Stronger advocacy for my long-term growth and impact would help.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 10 days ago

The level of stress from the pressure to incorporate AI into everything, regardless of outcome or logic essentially should mean hazard pay.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 10 days ago

It doesn't matter which work amount someone is doing. There are no bonuses declared if you exceed expectations. As a result less motivation to do more.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Compensation is below where it needs to be for the level of work that staffers are doing. Many staffers have part-time jobs to supplement less than stellear pay at Barracuda Networks.

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 11 days ago

I wear multiple hats. I am NOT just a Sales Rep. I am a Renewal, Deal Desk, Support, Channel, Marketing, Partner Rep (to name a few) all in one day/every day

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Barracuda pays about 30% less than the industry average salary for my position.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Compensation is below market levels

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 11 days ago

A raise. As a leader I have people on my team that make the same amount of money that I do.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Pay comparative to the area we live in and the companies around us is not great.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 11 days ago

My commission is a fifth of a penny to the dollar of reoccurring revenue I assist in keeping per month. Our multiyear compensation and accelerator chances have been removed as well.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Higher base and more incentives

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 11 days ago

its below market range and a better hike can address it

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 12 days ago

I am paid in an extremlly low percentile for my position in the market. I haven't received a raise in a couple of years. There is no offramp for my equity position.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 12 days ago

I feel the compensation is not on par with industry standards for the role in product based companies

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 13 days ago

I have less stock than my direct reports and quite honestly I do not even have enough to consider them. Variable sales commission for sales managers is 50/50. 60/40 or 70/30 would be more appropriate and fair considering employee turnover and its very difficult to achieve a regional quota

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 13 days ago

The team has made progress, but the parental leave still needs to be improved.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted 13 days ago

It hasn't been a secret that I am underpaid compared to my peers in the same role and after 12+ months of trying to get this corrected to fair compensation, it keeps getting shut down from leadership.
