The ACR is at the whims of the leadership. Real performance is not counted. No bonus component and stock options are as good as nothing & they doesn't give sense of ownership. Even salaries for existing employees are way off from market and new hires are paid more. disparity in pay is discouraging

I believe the location that we live in, here the compensation benefits needs to be much higher as living costs are way too high in Bengaluru. Higher compensation would make me feel stress-free whilst working for the company as we have to live a life here.
