Besides pay and healthcare. Rules for days allowed to be worked from home should be consistent and not different for one department when it is completely unnecessary. Also why are some salaried employees working from 9-5 (8hrs) when others work 9-6 or 8-5 (9hrs).

It's blindingly obvious it's crunch time at the circle factory. From the vanishing benefits to the lack of pay raises over the last two years to products that get worse over time with no documentation, Barracuda feels like a dead company running.
