What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is a lot of confusion that our customer's are experiencing when it comes to the updated interface of the Barracuda One. The stress of the financial situation makes it seem like working here will never yield a way out of renting;

We dont make enough money for the revenue we rollover for Barracuda. For every $1 we renew, we dont get half a penny on. $1.5 million dollar quota for the quarter, a rep might see a commission totaling $4k for 3 months. Half a penny would even be $7,500 in commission so its not even that

Two of core beliefs are Think customer and succeed together....does NOT seem to be the case for this leadership team. Seems they are lining things up to sell the company......

Product, Product, Product. It's not 2018 anymore. Our competitors have passed us on multiple fronts and we only just now seem to slowly wake up and realize this happened.

The changes to our workflow have not been adequately communicated. We are being treated as a call center and metrics are being heavily pushed while the quality of our work suffers. Our team is working disproportionately. While some are struggling to find cases, others are drowning without support.

Salaries need to be improved drastically, hybrid working needs to be adopted as part of the new way of working. Barracuda are not competitive in these areas and are losing good people because of these reasons.
