Stop complaining, dig in and get to know Barracuda as a Company and our products. Sit down, do your job to the best of your ability. If you have questions, ask, don't spend your valuable time searching for something a Sr. Rep, or your manager, can point you to in a few minutes.

It's impossible to get the support needed. Some are completely unresponsive and allowed to exist on another planet with blessing from their managers, while others act as gatekeepers unnecessarily.

Many Cuda legacy employees are slow to change and have adopted negative behaviors from their past experiences. They can be distrustful, overly concerned with CYA and quick to assign blame to others. They have been burned in the past and will do whatever they can to avoid a repeat.

Renewal team should - sharpen their product knowledge (i.e. many can't differentiate WAF vs CGF; BMA/BCAS vs BBS/CCB) - be more proactive to touch base with the customers instead of relying on channel partners, sales and CSM teams when it comes to renewal and at-risk cases
