TRANSPARENCY!! We've had a massive turnover with the leadership team over the past few years. I have no idea what the company's goals are or if Barracuda is in a good place right now.

The new leadership team seem to treat employees like a line item on a spreadsheet. They do not care about growing each of their employees. Employees are vastly underpaid compared to our competitors. There does not seem to be any forethought before making big changes.
