What does the leadership team need to get better at?

SF and manual tracking is immense. Daily KPI are unrealistic. Hours spent weekly on trainings, executive meetings, account planning, following design in vs lead out in SF and manual tracking of day-to-day activities make very little time left over to actually do the day-to-day activities.

Leadership needs to get better at turning strategic intent into operational clarity. For engineering specifically, stronger product direction, earlier UX alignment decisions about what matters most so all can move quickly without constantly dealing with ambiguity downstream.

Leadership needs to get better at leadership. Take AI dev days as an example. It was mass chaos, everyone was confused about the goal and the document did not match the messages middle management was conveying. No accountability either. It is easy for middle management to look busy, no results.
