The management team is personable and helpful. We still get food on Wednesday (although we used to get breakfast and lunch on multiple days) not complaining, just doing the best on the survey. Flexible about schedule which is huge when you have a family with kids.

I think if Barracuda was not fully remote it would have very little going for it at this point. Our customers and the industry do not think highly of our products anymore. This is most likely related to putting operations on the chopping block which effects the quality of our products.

As previously mentioned, retain the good folks they are what make other good folks want to come to work. The folks that take advantage, do the minimum, and no one wants to work with are the most costly to the company.

Salaries need to be improved drastically, hybrid working needs to be adopted as part of the new way of working. Barracuda are not competitive in these areas and are losing good people because of these reasons.
