Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be as per the market rate and experience. Company equities should be given free of cost and not for the discounted price as it's uncertain on how the investment we have made now would grow or fall in next years as the company is not listed. Bonus amount should be given.
