Spend time being acquainted with the work being done by the base level employees of the company. Executive leaders should be capable of doing the work of entry employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be limited to no support to actually progress in the company. Raises do not actually occur with merit, which discourages doing any additional work than entry level.

I would like to be paid based on the market and even though my team was cut in half during the layoffs, and I'm doing more work, my pay didn't increase.

In general most of the people are 30 to 40% below the market. Leadership team should take measures to come as close to the market in terms of benefits.

There's no clear direction for career growth. It is no secret that Barracuda pays their employees on the lower scale. Our competitors/other orgs pay a lot more for a similar role.

There is a lack of interdepartmental communication. There is also a lack of conveyance to Partners on what to expect when calling in for support.
