It has been rewarding. I've had the opportunity to work with talented people, built a strong team, and contributed to initiatives that are starting to have an impact on the organisation. Even greater impact is possible with stronger strategic clarity and org alignment at the leadership level.

Overall I like it here a lot. Two things make me nervous.. 1. increased adoption of AI and not enough assurances from leadership team about what that means for future head count. (this is industry wide, obviously, but more communication is better) 2. Offshoring jobs with seemingly little benefit

Leadership needs to get better at turning strategic intent into operational clarity. For engineering specifically, stronger product direction, earlier UX alignment decisions about what matters most so all can move quickly without constantly dealing with ambiguity downstream.

Leadership, particularly in PM, need to be held accountable for the outcomes of their decisions. A name needs to be attached to each change in direction and each expansion decision and metrics set by which to measure the success of that decision and the person driving it held fully accountable.

I get regular raises, benefits are good, I really can't complain. Would love to see even more health insurance options.. For example more options for basically emergency only health (we see custom doctors if needed and pay out of pocket) at reduced costs

My salary has not kept pace with inflation, and from talking with friends I make half as much as some. My managers always seem to call the raise budget low. Even as I save the company money I see none of it. I feel that calling us owners is patronizing because we don't have the power an owner would.

I don't feel undervalued from a salary perspective but from a recognition and sponsorship perspective. I've consistently contribute beyond my role through leadership, alignment, and execution. Stronger advocacy for my long-term growth and impact would help.

It doesn't matter which work amount someone is doing. There are no bonuses declared if you exceed expectations. As a result less motivation to do more.

We have a constructive, collaborative and respectful culture with shared goals aligned with company and customer interests. I am aware of essentially zero office politics. We put blame on processes, not people, if things go wrong.

Besides pay and healthcare. Rules for days allowed to be worked from home should be consistent and not different for one department when it is completely unnecessary. Also why are some salaried employees working from 9-5 (8hrs) when others work 9-6 or 8-5 (9hrs).

Higher levels of leadership have lost the plot. The expertise and data that contradicts what upper levels "feel" should be done is simply ignored to the extreme detriment of morale.

I do not feel valued at all. Based on my conversations, very few do. There's little accountability across departments. Processes change, no one is informed and it's not documented. Hard to get anything done. The company can't get out of it's own way and align business priorities and process.
