Being able to solve problems quickly and efficiently makes me happy. I also really enjoy the comradery in the workplace when developing an innovative solution for new development.

My leadership wants me to succeed and recognizes my workload. Due to the culture of work/life balance, they update priorities and get the organization working on the right things at the right time. Building innovative products keeps me engaged and my team motivated.
