It's impossible to get the support needed. Some are completely unresponsive and allowed to exist on another planet with blessing from their managers, while others act as gatekeepers unnecessarily.

As a communication company, actually communicate effectively. Cut out the "hail corporate" waffle, and get to the point. Make it so raises aren't unobtanium.

It's blindingly obvious it's crunch time at the circle factory. From the vanishing benefits to the lack of pay raises over the last two years to products that get worse over time with no documentation, Barracuda feels like a dead company running.

Non-sales departments (such as support, I.T., and facilities) are afterthoughts at best. We are understaffed and grossly underpaid. While it's true that our departments are a cost and do not generate revenue, consider how many customers you can retain without us.

Management appears to focus primarily on numbers rather than employee's wellbeing. Employees are given the same targets despite having different responsibilities and workloads. Some policies feel unnecessary.

Performance is judged mainly on metrics, overlooking effort and external factors. Expectations are high, resources are inefficiently allocated, and at times it feels like different rules apply to different people and comparisons are made across unequal levels.
