Is a pleasure to go to work and feel safe and accepted. Enjoy being helpful and being helped when needed too. Feeling that in a security field, the job is more secure than most jobs out there.

Glad to be a part of a growing company that is great with helping its customers and I am part of that greatness and value we bring to make the company stay a top contender with great customer satisfaction. I feel good about that, to tell others. I feel pride in my company and myself.

Working from home. No drama. Great manager.

There are many benefits and keep getting added to the previous package supplied.

Being paid less than others on the same plane is not beneficial to growth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has its way to work and there is no change desired, from what works to make a profit.

We are all helpful to any degree of need. collaborative also. guiding always. professional attitudes. pleasant. caring. kind. friendly. knowledgeable. passionate to help customers.

basic skills of concern, per job performed, to show care in what is done daily, and not the least amount of effort required only per job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Making things comfortable to the work environment and not being stressed out hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. I can achieve so much more now without being stressed always.
What makes you most happy at work?
Less stress than years past. Open market to snack from or have a meal as needed of different varieties to choose from. Financial vestment. 401k. Friendly co-workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Directing and advising and assisting in al situations. No feeling of ridicule or demeaning or feeling like a failure to do anything of your job, so asking of anything is easy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No Drama between workers. Diverse workers that get along with no feelings like " I'm better than you", WE seem to just create a culture that is respectful and listening, to enjoy working day to day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open, with mixed nationalities even. I never hear gossip or negative talk, if that is just me or is true. We even experience different food options to try and discuss with others. talks can be on any topics and not debating/controversial. We are all different and do not always understand each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With family needs and expenses of benefits, I cannot simply fix vehicles or home or health needs in this day and age of expenses nowadays. I have no huge costs except insurance on family/cars and a low mortgage (1000sqfoot home), then a used car payment. I feel life is worse this year. stressed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always helpful if you need anything. Happy to help each other learn and grow in knowledge and skills of IT, as opposed to many others I feel who rather not share or help what little skill they must have and thus will never grow or learn more. IT is not an, " I know it all job " it changes so much.
