The company has created a series of have and have not employees. Some employees have access to a pension plan (with matching contributions), other employees do not have access to this. Some employees were given the option to invest in the company, others were not. Employees share this type of info

variety of responsibilities so the job is not always the same every day

the office is great. Remodel is amazing, office amenities are a lot (fancy coffe options, snack shack, popcorn machine, ping pong and pool tables, tvs and couches)
