Barracuda has been by far the best company I have worked at in my 30 years of experience. I enjoy the people, the product and the work life balance they give me. Barracuda has been a huge part of taking care of me and my family and I hope I do the same for them.

pay is mid level compared to others in the same industry paying a lot more

We cant keep anyone like we use to, the changes havent resulted in better output

transparency, I feel I'm given the info I need and about the company early and quickly

we all get along and enjoy talking and visiting outside of work (and at work too)

Communicating, executing plans better, better messaging, executing new FY with quotas thus not to mess with payroll

we are close, care about eachother personally and professionally, we do things togetehr outside of work and at work

lots of choices, life events are easy to do to make changes, pet insurance and all the life insurance options

Executing a plan/change. Twice now they have made major changes and neither has gone well and at the expense of the employee

not sure we really have a company culture anymore, its more on the people on your team to make it fun and positive

the office is great. Remodel is amazing, office amenities are a lot (fancy coffe options, snack shack, popcorn machine, ping pong and pool tables, tvs and couches)

My boss and team care about me as a person and what's going on in my life. They also are heavely invested in my success as I am in their's
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes, control of my comp plan/success. Currently have to rely on others to do their job right inorder for me to get paid on my commission for the job I did
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competative pay, seeing to many people leave as IT companies are paying more. My role is impacted by pay as the company has no previous history how to comp it out for the future growth . Equity units should be given out more often then just what you get when you start.
