PODS: worst customer services dropped the ball many times.
Realtor.com: My experience has been very good, my managers and peers listen and respect me. People are polite and encouraging .
Vans: Customer service, inventory availability, robust online ordering system. Converse, Pacsun, Puma and others significantly outperform Vans in these areas.
Paycom: I have used Paycom at two companies and it worked extremely well at both. Couldn't be happier.

Medela: Medela is full of passion-driven experts who value being able to make a different in the lives of moms, babies, and patients. Recent changes have limited resources, impacted morale, and effected work/life balance.

Trainings, even important ones like CPR and Abuse/Neglect, are expired for most employees.OJT is non-existent. Staff are set up to fail from the first.Learning & Development needs to be retooled
iFIT: iFit is so easy to use. I love all the workouts that are provided. The trainers ease you into the workouts and help motivate you in the workouts. I love how it tracks each workout in the app as well. I recieved a discounted product in exchange for my honest review.
Realtor.com: I am about 3 months in and already feel fully supported by my team, my direct manager, and my VP. I know there is still a TON to learn but I'm soaking up everything I can and love the fact that I am expected to ask questions and bring up challenges so that we can do better as a growing team.
iFIT: Not only are the products the best but the customer service is top notch. I was on the phone maybe 10 minutes and they were ready to help and done. Shipped out the part very fast. The bike has been a dream. Very great quality. I was given this product at a discounted price for my honest opinion.

SPS Commerce: It is always challenging. It is a sales driven organization so it is very fast paced, always evolving. It is almost entrepreneurial in spirit and things don't always move in a straight line. This makes it interesting and forces you to be innovative.
