
Overall experience has been great. We are empowered by executive leaders and given the tools to forge our own paths. The pressure on middle management is often felt and naturally impacts on overall culture.
Fun, empowring and motivating for the most part. However, in the last 18 months our growth has started to have a material impact on our ability to server clients which has challenged the culture we have come to love. It creates friction among peers but most of all impacts market brand perception

In Australia our benefits are limited from a compensation standpoint however the cultural and team events are a standout and make for a fulfiling work environment
The leadership team are clear and empowering which as an employee allows you to align to the vision and the company values. The same cannot be said for middle management.

The commission process is not abundantly clear and contains far too many subjective scenarios. There are situations where processes are updated that are not filtered down to you as an employee and more alarmingly your manager. As such I am penalised from being paid and hitting quota
