Improve compensation. The company is successful, that should be shared more with the employees. People in the market should be saying "we don't pay as well as SPS." At the moment, no one would say that.

I am now recognized as manager but not (yet) having a change in salary.

Having the team have a pay adjustment just to keep up with inflation and a lack of promotions for people that have been here long-term.

Higher pay, a lot of salaries are stagnant from year to year. Some teams have a much higher promotion rate than others. There seems to be a lot of double standards.

Once you are in the door the company does not look at the value you give. I exceeded expectations on my annual review and still got a raise below expected inflation rate in 2023. It is very hard to get exceeds, and even when you do you are not recognized or compensated for it.

The culture has become bureaucratic, and political. Everything is presented as going great when it is not.

The company should share more of its success with its employees. The company is doing very well, but many of the employees don't benefit from it. SPS's benefits and compensation should reflect that of a successful company, not a company that is just getting by.
