Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing that others who were hired after me, with lower titles, make proportionally more than I receive for my output levels.

seems higher budgets go towards new external hires to be competitive, vs investing in current internal talent. insurance benefits as a single person definitely contribute to overall compensation. pure salary to salary seems consistently low compared to other companies of similar stature as SPS.

Pay equity is very much not a thing at sps. compensation is only equal for people who come from outside into sps.
