Eliminate the large amount of processes and the extreme oversight of teams. The agile process is an over gross expense of time and finances which could be cut. The System Demos provide no value to stake holders and there is little to no engagement from team members.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm one of the most senior members on our team, and I put in a lot of work and effort, but I am still one of the least paid. It makes me feel bad, and makes me feel like I am not valued for my effort, so why should I bother putting in any more than the bare minimum?

Better parental leave. It is difficult to feel valued as a female employee when having to choose between putting bread on my table, or being able to take the time to heal post-partum.

As a senior software engineer, we need to lower the expectations of what should be completed each sprint, or eliminate a responsibility for mentoring individuals whom are too junior to be interns, for example not knowing how to type on an keyboard :'( Scrum masters should have their deliveries lower

SPS seems to have a cultured sense of "this is always how we have done it" There are too many people here who have only experienced SPS. while this is valuable to know where we have been and where we are going, they do not know or understand how better processes work outside of SPS.

Everyone is willing to help you. Our company is complex. There are a lot of contacts you need to make and teams the teams you need to work with vary. I havent come across a person yet that isnt willing to not only point you in the right direction but also give you any knowledge they have on it.

Less process, more work getting done. Many tasks need to be, and can be, automated, such as the entire devops and infraops teams work to improve developer productivity. Stop building custom solutions that build onto tech debt and perpetuate people's justification for busy work.

There isn't enough structure in the day to day and I am needing to do a lot more heavy lifts for my coworkers. I feel the company's mindset is still a bit stuck in a small company flexing mindset when the sales are way too much to not introduce repeatable structure
