It has had it's ups and downs. When the team wasn't full, it was very difficult, but when the team is fully staffed, it is great.

I like their can-do attitude, and their approach to business.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Company works hard to be inclusive to everyone, no matter the race, age or gender. It feels like a place anyone could work at.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and are friendly and familiar. No one makes trouble for one another, and we cover each other when we need it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm one of the most senior members on our team, and I put in a lot of work and effort, but I am still one of the least paid. It makes me feel bad, and makes me feel like I am not valued for my effort, so why should I bother putting in any more than the bare minimum?
