Phenomenal manager, and overall great teammates that work hard and support one another and are kind.

Offering the flexibility to work from home shows a direct investment in my happiness and a trust in my abilities.

People need to know their roles and be responsible for doing them instead of passing off work to people who are accountable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Processes. People need to know how do to their jobs and not dump all of the work on the people that do show up and work hard.

What makes you most happy at work?

Feeling like I have a balanced work load and that I have the tools I need to do my job well and that I have (or can learn) what is needed to accomplish tasks.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There are many great people at SPS that I enjoy working and collaborating with. I feel lucky to feel connected with others to help achieve goals and I've met really wonderful people through working here.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Not send inappropriate criteria to me on my personal phone and they need to respect boundaries and do their jobs. They also should be accountable and not pick around the work they don't want to take.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to feel successful in my role and help others. Having a structured work day where I can achieve my goals and take a break to work out over lunch and return to my job refreshed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Merges were dumped on our team creating another job. The Contract Management team has made my life incredibly hard by dumping things off and not being accountable. Until last year, the workload was not distributed at all and it was picked around. Sales reps are rude.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is not a good way to rate this question. Overall, I would give my co-workers company wide a 7 or an 8. There are a lot of great people company wide. I had one co-worker the past year be rude and overstep many personal and professional boundaries and I felt completely invaded.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was in a position where I got hired to a team that had to get re-vamped and add 4 more people. Because of that, I ended up working long days and weekends for about a year. I know my boss compensated me to what was available, but there was so much work to get done and not enough people to do it.
