
It is pretty good. I am just not invested in the mission and vision. I love how SPS lives its values. I glad to have an opportunity to gain some new skills here. The time off and family leave policies are lacking too much for me to be here long term.

The cost of living and commuting to downtown is too high for the salary I make. I barely make enough to justify sending my kids to daycare.
