at first it was great and now negative changes with the culture and tons of turnover...no new NICU products and the pay is not at fair market value.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we are paid far below market value with base and bonus and car and right now half the sales force is not making bonus yet we greatly impact the bottom line! The culture has changes and not in a positive way.
